About Me:

 

My yoga journey began while I was raising my children. I found the rest and relief I needed from stress and fatigue through a modality that fed my spirit and enlivened my body.

 

I have been teaching for 15 + years with training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Prana Flow, Pilates and an M.S. in Kinesiology. My teaching is informed by ancient teachings and current research.
